Face mask review

I am all for face masks if they are going to improve my skin, so i saw these on the Wish app for £2 including delivery and you get 10! The only downfall from ordering off Wish is that the delivery takes so long! Literally weeks.

The mask itself is a black and thick substance. It doesnt really have a smell and when it's applied it's very thick and shiny. It takes up to 30 minutes to dry and when it does it feels quite tight.

Peeling the mask off is a task. Especially when you have those little hairs on your cheeks because this mask will rip those out! It is painful so i wouldn't recommend  it for anyone with sensitive skin.

When you have peeled it off it leaves your skin so soft and pulls the trapped dirt out. For the price of these and how many you get i think they are great!

Favourite new products

I love trying out new products hoping to find the perfect consistency without the product being either too thick and caking or with no coverage.

Ever since buying the MAC foundation which was a BIG waste of money I have always been cautious buying high end foundations. A lot of people say good things about the Estee lauder double wear and how it's full coverage but then again others say its thick and cakey. I wanted something that was going to be good coverage but wasn't some pore clogging cakey product.

The Collection foundation was good coverage but it sank into my pores and made my skin look so greasy which wasn't a good look or feeling. You get what you pay for and with the Collection foundation being £5.99 you cant complain and it is a bargain. This would be perfect for someone who doesn't have a quite oily face.

I thought I would try out the Bourjois healthy mix from Superdrug as Sarah Ashcroft used it a lot in her Youtube videos and it looked amazing. Reading about it and watching reviews on Youtube I decided to buy it and with it being £9.99 its a really affordable price. I've only worn it once since buying it as it came yesterday and I'm already in love with the consistency. It applies on the skin smoothly and is amazing coverage.

I use the Maybelline Baby skin Instant pore eraser under it which is also amazing! It is such a soft product and makes my skin look poreless (is it says on the packaging). Although, I wasn't expecting it to be as small as it is I thought it would of been bigger like the Rimmel primers.

Morphe 35K Palette

Here are my first impressions of the Morphe 35K koffee palette! I originally wanted the 35O palette but they are ALWAYS out of stock so i got this one instead. This was my second choice and i love it! I've never owned a Morphe palette and theres no reason why it's just never crossed my mind to buy one, I always see Youtubers use these palette in their videos and so i thought i'd give one a go!
If im honest i wasnt expecting great pigmentation from the product as i found the palettes looked cheap but i am so amazed by how pigmented the colours are!
The colours are gorgeous and they are so easy to apply and blend! I actually think these are a bargain for the price with being just under £20 they are amazing and i will definitely buy more!
The colours are warm shades with mixture of mattes and shimmers! I got mine from HERE from Beautybay.
Im never one to buy big branded products because of how overally priced some of their items are but this brand is amazing!
Overall i think this palette will be perfect for everyday use especially with the warm toned colours they will come in handy for both Summer and Winter looks.

How to look after hair extensions

Looking after extensions such as micro loops can be difficult. Micro loop/rings are one of the best and most discreet hair extensions on the hair market. Most salons across the UK and America offer this type of extension option and will usually charge a quite bit as they take up alot of time and hours. They will be colour matched, fitted, styled and finished and last a long time (up to 6 months). They do grow out therefore you would need to go and get them tightened and they dont damage your natural hair either!

RULES:
• Always brush them atleast 3 times a day as they will tangle during everyday activities.
• Use a wide tooth comb to untangle knots gently without pulling the hair out.
• Avoid brushing the hair between the scalp and loop as it can tug the hair and make the micro ring extension loose.
• Dont brush hair when it's wet.
• Dont air-dry hair at night as it will get knotted.
• Avoid swimming pools! Chlorinated water will damage extensions and natural hair.
• Sleep with hair in a plait/braid as it will stay in place all night and wont tangle up.

Pros of having microloop extensions:
• Natural looking
• Last up to 6 months
• Do no damage to your natural hair
Cons:
• Expensive
• Time consuming
• Can be visible if the natural hair is short.

I love extensions and they are perfect for anyone who finds it difficult growing their natural hair or who doesnt have time applying clip-in extensions everyday. They last months and are so natural looking noone will know they are extensions!
Hope this helps anyone who wants or has extensions!

How to keep skin glowing during the summer

The first tip is to drink lots of water so your skin stays hydrated and doesnt dry out. You've probably heard this tip alot but it honestly works, i've been drinking water frequently and I definitely notice i dont breakout!

Wash your face with cold water and face washes. I use the Estee Lauder and Clinique washes because they take off my makeup so easily. Washing your face gets rid of the greasy sweatiness you get when sitting in the sun.

If you're like me and have oily skin then you will know makeup in the heat is a massive NO. I cannot wear makeup at all in the sun due to it sweating straight off, powders don't work and neither do setting sprays.
Wear less makeup or no makeup this will not just let your skin breathe but it will also let the sun shine on your face and even give you a natural tan.

My Colour Freedom experience

DO NOT BUY THIS!
I wanted to go silver like the picture on the box, not a proper silver/grey just a silver blonde as it says!! Total waste of £7.99 which is alot for a hair dye. I bought this because with that price you cant not think it'll be high quality, well it WASNT. I regret buying this soo much!
Ok, so before people think 'she probably applied it wrong' or 'she didnt read the instructions properly' i did everything right. My mums a hairdresser so she applied it for me evenly onto my hair.

When it was applied it looked a blueish colour so i worried but then i thought it'll look better when washed out.
So i washed it and dried it with a hairdryer and it looked horrible. It was patchy with silver and blonde and blue bits in it looked like i had done it blind folded.

So after it looking like a mess i decided to google other reviews on it and people had the same problem or the opposite problem which was that it hadnt of done anything to their hair! I am so mad about this, not only because it's messed my hair up but the fact i wasted almost £10 on this worthless product.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

So.. DONT be fooled by the fancy packaging or the price because this is something that needs to be binned and banned from all shops literally. I have emailed them with my complaint and hopefully they should get back to me.
Hope this has helped people :)

Hair talk!

I go through sooo many different hair stages i have basically ruined my hair. I started having my hair dyed when i was about 12/13? I hated my natural hair colour, it was a light brown that had a gingery tint to it. So at 12/13 i had blonde highlights put in and i had highlights for a good few years i think, then i had a full head of brown when i was 14 and hated it. Have no idea why i wanted to go that colour but i wanted it gone straight away.

So i had it stripped out using a colour stripper and then i had it bleached and all that hair stuff. So since then i've had it coloured blonde all over, after prom i decided to go a full head of grey and loved it but unfortunately grey never lasts and is sooo hard to keep it faded within a few weeks.
Oh and i have been wearing micro loops for years, im wearing them in this picture.
I have had my hair dyed grey a couple of times now and i love it but I think blonde is alot easier to keep up with.
So now at college after all the grey and blonde hair i decided to go a pastel pink because i saw a few people with it and loved it. I really dont think this damaged my hair as it was more of a conditioner dye, if you read my post on it then you know what im on about. But yeh this wasn't permanent so i had to top this up every week if i could be bothered, but i couldnt so i gave up and then realised as it faded it turned a horrible peach colour.
(I dont have a picture of this).

So me and my mother aka hairdresser (lucky me) was in Asda and decided to look at hair dyes but instead of getting a dye that I've previously used i decided to get this. Which i have used before but totally forgot how good it was and how it didnt turn my hair yellow like previous dyes!
This is amazing! I was so picky on whether to buy it or not because it was £5.78 and that's quite pricey for a dye that i thought wouldnt work because my hair is hard work. This dye is soo good! It made my hair feel so soft, gave it a nice smell afterwards, made it look so shiny and colour my roots perfectly! This is the only dye that actually does as it says on the box!! Really recommend this if you want to go blonde but dont want to go through all that hassle of hair breakage! I will definitely be repurchasing this when next having my hair done because it's not one of those rubbish false advertising dyes! Link for this will be down below.

BLEACH LONDON

This is just a quick review on the silver shampoo by Bleach London. This cost me £6 from Boots but you can buy it online off the official website for £5.
I do like this but i feel like if you leave it on for more than 3 minutes it stains your hair a purple colour and not your full head either, just strands.
I didnt mind this when i was a silver colour because it looked nice so it didnt bother me but now that i am a proper blonde it annoys me therefore i hardly ever leave it on for more than a minute.
It does tone out those brassy/yellow tones in yout hair which i HATE. I used to use the Touch Of Silver shampoo but i felt like that was doing nothing to my hair at all but then again my hair never goes right.
If you have grey or silver hair and want to keep it then I definitely recommend this because it does make the colour last, but if you're gonna leave it on your white / bleach blonde hair for 5 minute then i do not recommend it at all.

Makeup Revolutions best palette yet?

Look at how beautiful this palette is! I am so in love with it, when i saw it online I definitely had to get my hands on it! This is the biggest selling product Makeup Revolution have had and i understand why.

This palette is so affordable and costing only £9.99! It's pigmented and creamy and includes matte, shimmer and baked eyeshadows all in one palette. It also coms with a soft brush that is great to blend and apply the shadows.

They all have names too! It comes with a clear sheet over it with creative names printed on over the pans.

You can buy this in the Superdrug store or online for the same price. I highly recommend this as it is so pigmented, has different kinds of eyeshadows and the colours are amazing and all wearable!

Foundation Review

So i've recently ran out of my Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation and i thought i'd try something new but cheap as i dont really need a heavy full coverage foundation because my skin is pretty clear.

I thought the Rimmel foundation was thick and clinged to random areas on my face so it looked blotchy. I also bought it in the shade Soft beige so it a tad darker than my natural skin tone which was hard to blend into my neck colour. It isnt suitable for if you have dry skin because i feel that it just makes it appear alot worse.

I decided to purchase the Collection foundation because i've heard really good reviews and for the price which is £5.99 i thought that i'd have to try it out. I also really like the packaging because it's not too bright and has a matte glass affect which i think makes it very appealing. I got the shade Ivory 2 as my natural skin tone is quite light. On the back of the bottle it says
• Lasts for up to 16 hours
• Flawless coverage
• Minimises imperfections
• SPF 20
• Oil free
Even though it says oil free my face still gets very oily with this on but my face is that skin type so thats probably why. Thats why i didnt purchase the illumate one.
The consistancy isnt too thick or thin so it's great for when you dont want that heavy cakey look but at the same time you want a nice natural looking coverage.
The coverage is buildable, i only apply 1 layer on as i dont need to cover anything really because my skin is clear.
You can buy this foundation from Superdrug and online stores such as Amazon and the Collection website itself.
I also use 2 concealers so thats why i dont need the coverage, i use these to add abit of colour to my face. I use the shades Porcelain and Natural Ivory from the L.A. Girl Pro HD concealers.

How i got my pink hair!

If you follow my Instagram you will know i have pink hair which was inspiried by Kicki Yang's video !

I used the Lariché directions semi permanent conditoning hair colour in the shade Flamingo Pink! It only cost me £2.96 which is amazing for the product!

The product itself is very pigmented and does last a while, mine takes about 7 washes until it's very light and the normal colour of your hair is showing. I mix it with alot of conditioner as i dont want it bright and vibrant i like it to be a pastel/baby pink.
You only leave it on for approximately 15 minutes after applying it to your head which is so good for when you're used to sitting around with a dye on your head for like 40 minutes. You get 88ml which is amazing for when you only use a tiny bit and so it will last you a hell of a long time and it's so easy to keep up with and top up.
This product has not been tested on animals as it says on the tub which is so good because i've recently been put off MAC because of rabbits and other animals being tested on!
This is the colour of mine when i have mixed it with conditioner (any conditioner will do, preferably a cheap one as you will use alot to get a light pink colour) The colour depends on what your hair is, if it is dark then i suggest getting it as light as possible before applying the colour for best results!
I love it and highly recommend this brand of dye to anyone who wants to go a different colour for a cheaper price! They do a big choice of colours too, such as blue, green, red, orange & purple ect.

If you like this colour or want to try another colour from this brand then you can buy it here at Amazon

Long lasting matte lipstick £2??

Everyone love's a good bargain as i always say and this lipstick is actually the best one i've found! I was looking on Wish the app that is full of bargains and i came across some matte liquid lipsticks so I thought i'd try one out. They cost £1 but £1 charge for delivery and of course i read the reviews before purchasing.
I bought this product in the colour 30 but it doesnt actually have a name.
If you have this app you can easily find the lipsticks by typing in 'lipstick' and you'll soon see the long tube shaped product.
This lipstick is a dark shade but not too dark as it is a light brown colour!
It is sooo easy to apply with a lipgloss type brush and you get quite alot of product! No kidding it's waterproof! I was in the shower whilst wearing it because i tested it out just before and it stayed on my lips! It's not as try as the MAC matte lipsticks that cost £15.50!
I definitely recommend this to anyone and for only £2 it's definitely a bargain!

ProHygieneCollection sprays review

I won these amazing sanitising makeup sprays on instagram and i love them. Not only do they look nice they also make me feel alot cleaner when applying makeup as they get rid of 99.99% bacteria as they say on the packaging.

One of the sprays safely eliminates bacteria from makeup and makeup tools! So before i apply a powder to my face i will spray this spray on the powder so that it kills the bacteria.

This is actually an amazing idea because you dont actually think of all the germs that you're applying to your face! Sounds horrible when you think about it but if im sanitizing my makeup before applying it wont that mean it will reduce spots? I use this almost everyday!

This is the sanitizing wash, so it cleans sponges and brushes. I've used it and its amazing, all of the leftover makeup just washes straight out! The product itself smells really clean.

This is a spray that you spray onto your brushes and then you wipe it off which is amazing for when you cant be bothered to wash your brushes but you want it clean before you apply makeup! I use this alot too!
These 3 bottles are actually amazing and when i run out which wont be soon I'll definitely repurchase just because of having that clean feeling and it will be part of my every day routine. You can buy these from Feelunique
I know i havent posted in agesss, been so busy and had no new products to blog about but hopefully i will be blogging more now!

Why you should drink green tea

Even though green tea tastes like pure ming, it's so good for you and is packed full of healthy substances and benefits!
I try to have a green tea atleast once a week, mainly served hot but sometimes I drink it cold.
Here are some facts-
• It's loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body.
• It improves the brain function.
• It increases fat loss and boosts the matabolic rate (which it's best known for)
• It lowers the risk of cancer!
• Contains small amounts of minerals which are important to health (obviously)
• Buy a higher brand of tea as cheap brands can contain excessive levels of fluoride.
•The compounds in the tea can improve your brain function therefore can make you smarter!
• It kills many bacteria.
• Improves dental health & lowers infections!
• Decreases risk of dying and can help you live longer.

Green tea doesnt taste that nice but when you start to drink it frequently you get used to the taste like i have. You can buy green tea from anywhere, even in a tablet form from holland and barrett! Any supermarket sells them, so if you want to lose weight or to have a little detox then green tea is highly recommened!

A men's product as a primer?

I need to prime my face or my makeup just washes off and goes all oily. I have just ran out of my Rimmel primer 'stay matte' and i thought i'd try the Nivea mens post shave balm! Since so many beauty vloggers and bloggers say it's so good i thought i'd try it out, plus you get quite alot!
The smell is pretty off putting because it smells of men (aftershave) but once it's on you cant smell it, especially when you apply yout makeup over it. You rub it into your face until it feels tacky then you apply your makeup, i really like it! I was in a hot environment working around coffee machines and heaters and my makeup didnt go oily one bit!
So i'm really pleased with this product, especially for £3.52 in Superdrug! I definitely recommend this even though i've used it a couple of times!
What's your favourite primer? X

My daily skin care products.

I would say 'daily skin care routine' but i dont have a routine. I just use whatever i feel like using.

I take alot of pride and effort in making sure my face is spot free because there's nothing more annoying than trying to hide a massive squater on your face. So i tend to use alot of serums and face washes so that my skin doesnt get dry and break out. I actually find all of these products really helpful and they do the job in keeping my face super soft and smooth.

I have recently been given some Estee lauder products that came in a little set when you buy an estee lauder kit or something like that. I'm not sure exactly what you get in the bag because i didnt ask, she just gave me them. They are creams and lotions that are sample size but they are rich creams so you dont need alot on.

The bag is very cute and is so handy for when you want to carry your makeup products in!

Bio oil is very popular and is used most for scars. My mum used this all the time when she was pregnant with me and she has no visible stretch marks now! I love this for just putting on my face when im not going anywhere just because it makes my skin more hydrated and soft. You can buy this 60ml bottle at superdrug for £5.99!
You can buy yours here

My aunty also gave me this Estee lauder toning lotion, which costs £22.50 from the official website. This is so good for when you've washed your makeup off and you want that extra clean feel? I cant wait to see the results from using it more.
You can buy yours here

AEOS refreshing hydrating mist is amazing, i use this before i put my makeup on so my face doesnt dry out. I also wash my face at night with the dew facial wash, this washes makeup off easily and leaves skin feeling smooth and smelling nice.
These 2 products are from the AEOS kit which costs £68 from the official website.
You can buy yours here

Best brow product i have discovered!

Today my aunty gave me this fibre brow enhancer from Silk oil of morocco. I fell in love with it instantly!! If you want fuller and thicker looking eyebrows then is definitely what you need! It costs £19.99 but it is definitely worth the price tag.

2016 beauty wishlist!

                                   Wishlist for 2016

So, recently I have been seeing so many things I want but can't buy due to never having any money!
I thought I'd make a wish list of all the things that I want this year so that when I do have money I can buy them (hopefully).

The downside of me having money is I waste it on so much crap. I could spend £100 and have nothing to show for it.. mainly because I spend it on food. Making this wish list will also remind me of what I want when I have money so I don't forget or I can save up for.
